Job summary

Evolution Singapore seeks an experienced System Analyst to understand operational needs, define system requirements, and drive improvements across banking projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Proficiency in developing process maps, flowcharts, use cases, user stories, and other analytical documentation.
• Familiarity with banking products, particularly credit origination or related domains, as well as banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of system integration principles, database concepts, SQL, and Unix operating systems.
• Basic working experience with job schedulers, PuTTY, database access tools, and online and batch integration protocols.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities
