in Singapore is seeking a Systems & Business Analyst to translate banking domain needs into clear specifications and drive improvements across projects. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements and guide the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Banking domain knowledge and familiarity with regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Experience with Unix OS, SQL, and system integration principles.
• Basic experience with job schedulers, Putty, database access, and batch integration protocols.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and define system requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements, automation, and optimization.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specs, use cases, and user stories.
• Work with development teams, architects, and QA to ensure solutions meet objectives and standards.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Support SIT, UAT, and defect analysis to ensure delivery quality.
• Assist in creating training materials and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and banking technology best practices.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management.

Requirements

• Familiarity withbanking products (especially CreditOrigination or related domains), banking/financial services, andregulatory requirements is highly advantageous.


• Experience with Unix OSand Database concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integrationprinciples is a plus.


• Basic workingexperience with job scheduler, putty, database access, online and batchintegration protocols.


• Proficiency in projectmanagement tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence Microsoft Project) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs, identify problems, and define system requirements for new projects and enhancements.


• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.


• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.


• Work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.


• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.


• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of delivered solutions.


• Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to end-users post-implementation.


• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and banking technology.


• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
