ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Senior System/Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements, preferably in banking.

You will create flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical artifacts, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation skill, good in time management and able to multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with banking products (especially Credit Origination or related domains), banking/financial services, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Unix OS and Database concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integration principles is a plus.
• Basic working experience with job scheduler, putty, database access, online and batch integration protocols.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence Microsoft Project) is a plus.
