Evolution Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead CLM/AML domain analysis. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders, validate them with operations, and document current and to-be processes with impact assessments.

You will define detailed functional and non-functional specs and maintain RTM throughout delivery. You will collaborate with System Analysts and Solution Architects to translate business needs into technical solutions, support SIT/UAT,

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT and banking environments.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience with strong understanding of banking processes and technology.
• Proven Business Analyst experience in CLM and/or AML domains.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across business, operations and technology teams.

• Work with operational teams to design and establish new processes and procedures where required.
• Partner with System Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure requirements are fully traceable through delivery.
• Review and confirm system capabilities against the agreed BRD.
• Define project scope, assumptions and key considerations to support IT management approval and governance processes.
• Manage requirements and change requests throughout the analysis and delivery lifecycle.
• Review and sign off functional specifications prepared by System Analysts.
• Review SIT test cases and provide clarification and support to testing teams.
• Provide support during SIT and UAT.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within Information Technology and banking environments.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with strong understanding of banking processes and technology.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and/or AML domains.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management.
• Good understanding of CLM / AML processes, systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, operations and technology teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, impact assessment and process improvement.
• Experience working with System Analysts, Solution Architects, developers and testing teams throughout the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, functional specifications, requirements traceability and SIT/UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, requirements changes, risks and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex requirements clearly.
