Overview

We are looking for a committed System Administrator/ Cybersecurity Executive to maintain the stability, security, and reliability of IT Systems. This role emphasizes compliance management and proactive incident response.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, cybersecurity, or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience in incident response and working within operations center environments.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, network security, and compliance standards.
  • Familiar with SIEM, system monitoring tools, CMDB, ITIL, and experienced in virtualization and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and document clearly.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor systems continuously, refine alerts, and maintain tools to ensure early issue detection and optimal performance.
  • Lead incident response, troubleshoot issues, coordinate teams, and communicate clearly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with security teams, support audits, and implement controls to ensure compliance and threat detection.
  • Perform root cause analysis, address underlying problems, and drive continuous system improvements.
  • Manage configuration and asset data, support ITSM platforms, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Develop and update incident response procedures, knowledge base articles, and conduct team training.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track system health, security, and operational performance.
  • Analyze trends and present insights with recommendations to management and technical teams.
