Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; business/marketing/product background preferred.
• Proven experience driving product adoption and digital growth at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Experience developing commercial dashboards and defining KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and marketing communications.
• Familiarity with customer analytics and AI-driven insights.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support formulation and implementation of business strategy and rollout of strategic programmes.
• Ensure timely planning and management of regular business reviews, budgets, and strategy offsites.
• Manage unit scorecard process end-to-end and ensure timely business reporting.
• Design customer activation and engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop data-led insights to identify business opportunities and respond with commercial strategies.
• Track digital channel performance and identify growth opportunities to increase revenue.
• Lead continuous user discovery to prioritise user needs in backlogs and roadmaps.
