Job summary

DBS Singapore is seeking a commercially minded professional to partner with Digital Engagement Managers, Front Office, Product Managers, Marketing and the Data Chapter to improve engagement execution and ensure the right processes and data are in place.

The role focuses on market insights, campaign governance, data capability development and adoption of the Ideas Central platform to support sales enablement across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent sales acumen and understanding of how engagement affects conversion.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular competitor scans and regional research to improve engagement strategies.
• Govern and improve client engagement processes with clear ownership and timely execution.
• Partner with Data Chapter to develop targeting and segmentation capabilities.
• Monitor adoption of Ideas Central and translate insights into process improvements.
