Job summary

DBS Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Capital Markets who will drive end-to-end product development and commercialization across Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Funds and IPOs. You will identify market opportunities, shape strategy, and partner with RMs, ICs and technology to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Capital Markets, Investment Advisory, Structured Products, Fixed Income or Wealth Management.
• Experience launching products, commercialization initiatives or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and wealth management solutions.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development and enhancement of Capital Markets products across equities, fixed income, structured products, funds and IPOs.
• Identify market trends and client needs to shape future product strategy.
• Lead feasibility, business case development and commercialization planning for new initiatives.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization and governance.
