You will handle daily sushi preparation and simultaneously supervise overall store operations, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership, culinary expertise in sushi, strict adherence to food safety, and a willingness to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and regulatory compliance of food safety practices.
