JSTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager to oversee factory production operations in Singapore.

The role requires leadership to manage day-to-day production, ensure food safety, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams to maintain efficiency and compliance. Ideal candidates will have proven sushi production experience, strong team management skills, and the ability to drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations in production to ensure quality and all daily activities are executed.
• Ensuring food safety and regulatory standards are followed at all times.
• Manage end-to-end production activities with manpower, materials, machines and methods for multiple products; ensure safe working environment.
• Manage production flow to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production output and performance reports for management.
• Manage production schedule and monitor overall output levels.
• Lead production supervisors and workers to meet targets, quality, and specifications.
• Ensure team follow factory SOPs and compliance with food safety, quality standards and laws.
• Lead, motivate, and build a strong production team to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure finished goods are correctly and timely reported in the system.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve issues and improve coordination.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for all machines and minimize unplanned maintenance.
• Develop new ideas to enhance production productivity.
