Job summary

JSTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Sushi Preparer and Store Supervisor to join our established sushi manufacturing and retail operations in Singapore.

The role combines day-to-day sushi preparation with supervising store activities and ensuring consistent quality. You will lead a preparation team, maintain high standards of food safety, and work with the Store Manager on inventory, promotions, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sushi preparation and knowledge of sushi techniques.
• Culinary skills and ability to create visually appealing sushi presentations.
• Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain compliance.

Responsibilities
