Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Survey Project Executive to plan, coordinate and launch surveys alongside project leads, ensuring timely data collection and reliable operations.

You will manage progress updates, provide data-driven decisions to senior management, and liaise between collection teams and other departments to secure support.

The role also involves developing reporting plans, multitasking in a dynamic environment, and handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and launch surveys, working alongside project leads to manage survey operations
• Provide regular updates of survey progress and survey statistics to senior management, making data-driven decisions to achieve survey targets
• Act as liaison between collection teams and other teams
• Provide constant guidance and advice to survey supervisors andinterviewers, supporting collection teams with data and directions to ensure surveys are conducted in a timely and reliable manner
• Work with various teams to secure support for collection teams
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to provide solutions for escalated cases and ensure surveys are completed with high response rates
• Conduct after-action reviews to improve processes and propose new initiatives
• Prepare survey-related administrative matters
• Develop detailed reporting and tracking plans
• Multitask and prioritise due to the dynamic organisational landscape and business needs
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
