Job summary

Ascentiq Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on and responsible Project Executive to support our household survey projects. You will supervise a team of field interviewers conducting door-to-door household surveys across Singapore, ensuring that interviews are completed according to protocol and project targets are achieved without compromising data quality.

The role requires supervisory experience, comfort with freelance interviewers, and strong organizational and communication skills to balance

Qualifications

Ascentiq Pte Ltd is looking for a hands-on and responsible Project Executive to support our household survey projects.

This role is suitable if you enjoy managing people, solving ground issues and taking ownership of fieldwork performance. You will be responsible for supervising a team of field interviewers conducting door-to-door household surveys across Singapore, ensuring that assigned cases are followed up properly, interviews are completed according to protocol and project targets are achieved without compromising data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, brief, train and supervise field interviewers
• Plan field deployment and assign household cases
• Monitor interviewer productivity, appointments, completes and case outcomes
• Ensure interviewers follow survey procedures and update case records accurately
• Conduct field observations and accompany interviewers when required
• Handle interviewer queries and ground operational issues
• Follow up on poor productivity or unusual fieldwork patterns
• Provide regular progress updates to the operations team
• Ensure overall project targets and quality standards are achieved

Job Requirements

• Supervisory experience in market research, surveys, field operations or manpower-intensive operations preferred
• Comfortable managing freelance field interviewers
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage interviewer performance firmly and professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using web-based systems
• Willing to travel around Singapore for field supervision
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; relevant experience will be considered
