Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites a Sales Engineer to cover the Southeast Asia region, designing and delivering surveillance solutions that meet customer requirements.

You will work closely with customers to tailor CCTV architectures, select cameras, NVRs, storage, and networks while ensuring seamless integration with VMS platforms. With at least two years in security systems, you will demonstrate expertise in AI video analytics, edge computing, and front‑end skills (HTML, JavaScript,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience working within the Singapore and SEA markets.
• Strong expertise in CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, storage solutions, and networking.
• Knowledge of AI video analytics and edge computing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Luxriot.
• Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in security systems.

Responsibilities

• Design customized CCTV solutions tailored to SEA markets.
• Propose Cameras, NVRs, Storage systems, and network architecture based on customer needs.
• Prepare detailed system architecture diagrams, BOMs, and solution proposals.
• Conduct live or virtual product demonstrations highlighting AI analytics, edge processing, and third‑party integrations.
• Deploy and manage POC systems at customer sites to validate performance.
• Provide technical consultation during pre‑sales engagements and post‑sales support.
• Assist with VMS integration, troubleshooting, and configuration to ensure seamless operation.
• Support the deployment of Edge AI applications and partner‑developed solutions.
• Collaborate on tenders with sales teams and partners for technical documentation.
• Deliver training to partners, distributors, and internal teams across SEA.
• Travel across Southeast Asia for partner visits, site surveys, training, and POC deployments.
