Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory provides a Sales Engineer role in Singapore, focusing on SEA markets for surveillance solutions. You will design CCTV systems, select components, and prepare detailed BOMs and proposals.

You will lead product demonstrations, deploy POC systems, and offer technical consultation to ensure seamless deployments. Responsibilities include pre- and post-sales support, VMS integration, tender documentation, and partner enablement.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in Singapore and SEA markets.
Strong CCTV expertise including IP cameras, NVRs, storage & networking.
Knowledge of AI video analytics and edge computing.
Hands-on with VMS platforms Milestone/Genetec/Luxriot.
Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Minimum 2 years of experience in security systems.

Responsibilities

Design customized CCTV solutions for SEA markets with tailored BOMs.
Propose cameras, NVRs, storage, and network architectures.
Prepare system diagrams, BOMs and proposals.
Conduct live/virtual product demos highlighting AI analytics and edge processing.
Deploy and manage POC systems at customer sites.
Provide pre- and post-sale technical consultations and support.
Assist with VMS integration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Support tender documentation and partner enablement.
Travel across Southeast Asia for partner visits and training.
