Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Southeast Asia region from Singapore. You will design and deliver surveillance solutions, support pre-sales activities, and provide technical consultation to customers across SEA markets.

The role requires a diploma/degree in IT or related engineering, hands-on CCTV experience, knowledge of AI analytics, VMS platforms such as Milestone, Genetec or Luxriot, and travel across SEA as needed.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
Experience working within the Singapore and SEA markets.
Strong expertise in CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, storage solutions, and networking.
Knowledge of AI video analytics and edge computing technologies.
Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Milestone or Genetec or Luxriot or related VMS.
Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in security systems.

Responsibilities

Design customized CCTV solutions tailored to SEA markets.
Propose cameras, NVRs, storage and network architectures based on customer needs.
Prepare system diagrams, BOMs, and solution proposals.
Conduct live/virtual product demonstrations highlighting core features.
Deploy and manage POC systems at customer sites.
Provide technical consultation during pre- and post-sales engagements.
Assist with VMS integration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Support deployment of Edge AI applications and partner solutions.
Collaborate on tenders and technical documentation.
Deliver training to partners and internal teams; travel across SEA.
