A well-established beverage company in Singapore is seeking a Supply Planner for a 1-year contract. This role focuses on managing supply planning and inventory across various markets, optimizing sales opportunities and minimizing inventory risks. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MRP systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure KPI targets are met and optimize inventory.
  • Analyze inventory forecasts and develop processes for inventory purchases and re-order quantities.
  • Prepare replenishment files for management review and approval before actual replenishment.
  • Conduct a demand-supply match to allocate inventory and drive service level satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams on inbound shipment discrepancies and stock disposal.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established player in the beverage manufacturing & distribution, seeking a Supply Planner to join their business on a 1-year contract. This role involves managing supply planning and inventory for various markets, and requires overseeing inventory in warehouses and inbound shipments to optimize sales opportunities while minimizing inventory risk. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, marketing, demand planning, and finance teams to prepare replenishment forecasts and analytical reports. Additionally, the role involves supporting digital transformation projects and implementing automated tools for supply planning.

The Job
