Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Planning professional to manage SKU demand forecasts across regional and global markets. You will develop production plans based on demand and inventory, and continuously optimise stock levels to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience, a degree in supply chain or related field, and strong Excel and ERP/planning system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience.
• Food / beverage / perishable FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP / planning system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU demand forecasts across regional/global markets.
• Develop production plans based on demand and inventory.
• Optimise stock levels and minimise stockouts / excess inventory.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve demand-supply gaps.
• Coordinate closely with factories, procurement, sales and marketing.
