Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience in food, beverage, or perishable FMCG sectors.
• Strong Excel and ERP/SCM software skills, with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across global markets.

Aufgaben

• Global Demand Consolidation: maintain master schedule and build rolling forecasts.
• Master Production & Supply Planning: translate demand into monthly production and packaging schedules.
• Material & Constraint Management: coordinate with procurement and account for constraints and holidays.
• Lead S&OP alignment meetings to resolve demand-supply imbalances and minimize stockouts.
