Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to drive accurate SKU forecasting and optimize inventory levels across international and regional markets. The role partners with global markets to align demand, optimize production capacity, and ensure efficient utilization of production lines to meet business needs.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience in FMCG sectors, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like SAP IBP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or International Business.
• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience within food, beverage, or perishable FMCG sectors and global market distribution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; working knowledge of ERP systems or supply chain software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, or equivalent planning tools).
• Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation skills with vendors, and adaptability under fluctuating supply constraints.

Responsibilities

• Global Demand Consolidation: maintain the master global demand schedule and analyze data to forecast demand.
• Master Production & Supply Planning: translate demand into Master Production Schedule and monthly production plans.
• Material & Constraint Management: coordinate with procurement and account for production constraints.
• Lead S&OP alignment meetings to resolve demand-supply imbalances and mitigate stockouts.
