Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to drive demand and supply planning across international markets from Singapore. You will forecast SKU-level demand, optimise inventory, and align production plans to market needs while minimising waste and obsolescence.

The role focuses on translating forecasts into Master Production Schedules, managing material availability, and coordinating S&OP with cross-functional teams to balance demand with capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on demand/supply planning experience.
• Experience with regional or international markets is advantageous.
• Strong forecasting, planning, inventory management and S&OP knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level demand forecasts and master production schedules.
• Create monthly production and packaging plans for facilities and co-packers.
• Optimise inventory, capacity, and line changeovers to meet market delivery needs.
• Coordinate S&OP discussions to close demand-supply gaps and reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement and production to manage constraints and material availability.
