Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Operations or International Business.
• 3–5 years planning experience in food/beverage or perishable FMCG with global distribution.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge (SAP IBP, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Global Demand Consolidation: maintain master demand schedule for production visibility.
• Forecasting: build rolling 12-month forecasts using sales data and market trends.
• Production Planning: translate demand into monthly MPS and schedules.
• Inventory: balance safety stock and market delivery deadlines, minimize spoilage.
