Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to develop rolling 12-month SKU demand forecasts for regional and international markets. You will consolidate forecasts, analyse trends, and translate demand into production plans to optimise capacity.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or planning systems, plus a track record in cross-functional stakeholder management across FMCG.

Qualifications

Min. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business or a related field.
Min 3 years of hands-on planning experience in food, beverage or perishable FMCG.
Strong demand planning and forecasting expertise is essential.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP or planning systems.
Experience supporting international markets and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop rolling 12-month SKU demand forecasts across regional and international markets.
Consolidate market forecasts and analyse sales trends, seasonality and promotions.
Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve forecasting variances.
Translate demand into production plans and optimise production capacity.
Manage inventory and safety stock to minimise stockouts, excess stock and expiry.
Lead S&OP meetings and coordinate with sales, procurement and manufacturing teams.
