Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable planning professional to manage SKU demand forecasts across regional and global markets. You will develop production plans grounded in demand and inventory levels, optimise stock, and reduce stockouts while coordinating with factories, procurement, sales and marketing.

The role requires a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field and 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience, with strong Excel and ERP/planning system skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience.
• Experience in food / beverage / perishable FMCG is preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP/planning system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU demand forecasts across regional/global markets.
• Develop production plans based on demand and inventory.
• Optimise stock levels and minimise stockouts / excess inventory.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve demand-supply gaps.
• Coordinate closely with factories, procurement, sales and marketing.
