Job summary

Vanguard Aesthetics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Supply chain and Accounts Executive to support logistics, warehousing and finance processes. You will manage inventory, documentation, shipments and vendor communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounting or finance support experience with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/QuickBooks. This position is office-based and involves collaboration across logistics and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years in an accounting or finance support role.
• Exposure to logistics coordination or shipping documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update inventory records for lot-controlled products and assist with periodic stock counts.
• Maintain shipping and customs documentation: packing lists, airway bills, commercial invoices.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to schedule pickups, track shipments, and manage delays.
• Coordinate small sample shipments with accurate labelling.
• Support communication with 3PLs and suppliers regarding order status and documentation.
• Raise and follow up on purchase orders, confirm lead times and delivery dates.
• Check inbound deliveries against POs and DOs, report shortages or damages.
• Match 3PL and freight invoices to shipment records; flag variances to Finance.
