Job summary

Healthworkz Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive (Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Management) to oversee end-to-end logistics, inventory and warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate stock levels, timely order fulfilment and safe warehouse practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with inventory software; proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in any discipline with 2–3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data handling.
• Working knowledge of inventory software is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and supply chain from forecast to goods receiving and order fulfilment.
• Maintain stock inventory records and track stock movements.
• Manage warehouse operations, safety and maintenance of equipment.
• Lead stock takes, audits and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate order picking and packing for timely delivery.
• Plan daily delivery schedules and optimize logistics costs.
• Coordinate outbound/inbound shipments with freight forwarders.
• Oversee product labeling, packing materials and vendor loading/unloading.
• Supervise team to ensure timely completion of labeling.

Executive (Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Management)

The Company:

Healthworkz Pte Ltd is a leading fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company based in Singapore with core business in business consultancy, brand management, distribution and wholesale of consumer goods with a strong presence in Asia. We manage a comprehensive product portfolio comprising global brands across food and non-food categories.

The Job:

• Responsible for logistics and supply chain management from order forecast to goods receiving and order fulfilment.
• Responsible for stock inventory management keeping up to date record of all stock keeping units, tracking stocks movement and reporting.
• Responsible warehouse management to ensure all stocks are properly organized, compliance of all warehouse safety rules, ensuring warehouse and equipment are well maintained.
• Supervise and assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation.
• Responsible for order-fulfilment and ensure all goods are correctly picked and packed for timely delivery.
• Plan and manage all logistics matters including daily delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery and effective logistics cost management.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder for outbound and inbound shipments.
• Manage product labels, packing and delivery materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for loading or unstuffing of containers, product labelling and packing.
• Manage team to ensure timely completion of product labelling.

The Person:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS office application, especially Excel will be important.
• Working knowledge of Inventory software will be added advantage.
