Job summary

Venture Corporation invites applications for a Finance Executive based at our Univac Site in Woodlands, Singapore. You will manage accounts payable, ensure accurate general ledger records, and support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Experience with SAP or Dynamics and invoice automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–5 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with invoice automation systems.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT and withholding tax requirements.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, debits, and credits accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions in the GL.
• Perform AP reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and supplier statement reconciliations.
