Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts and Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support warehouse operations, inventory coordination, customer communication, and e-commerce processes.

You will maintain full set of accounts (AP/AR), prepare simple financial reports and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or operations experience.
• Experience handling AP and AR is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with sales on e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Maintain full set of accounts, including accurate recording of daily financial transactions.
• Handle AP/AR and maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare simple financial reports and organise accounting documents for proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics operations, including customer communication and order tracking.
• Monitor inventory records and stock levels to support timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Office applications for accounting, operational data and reporting.
