Job summary

Oceanic Link Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including sourcing materials, supplier relationships, inventory control, and import/export coordination to support business continuity. You will negotiate terms, coordinate 3PL and freight, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining ERP records and data accuracy.

2–5 years in procurement or logistics with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Odoo) and strong Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on procurement, purchasing or freight/logistics management experience.
Proficiency in ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding vendors, suppliers and service providers.
Prepare and issue POs based on inventory requisitions and project needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times and contracts to optimize cost and quality.
Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL) and conduct supplier performance reviews.
Coordinate global and domestic freight with 3PL providers and forwarders.
Prepare, review and handle shipments and inbound/outbound goods.
Assist in local door-to-door delivery when required.
Monitor inventory levels and verify stock counts against ERP records.
Manage RTV processes for damaged or non-conforming shipments.
