Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Executive (Logistic) in Singapore to oversee forecast and order management for affiliates, ensuring timely submissions and accurate SAP processing.

You will coordinate with suppliers, affiliates, and freight forwarders to align delivery schedules and optimize shipment adjustments. The role involves monitoring supply status, adhering to Incoterms, and maintaining monthly order timelines, while handling day-to-day logistic operations and escalating risks

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain.
• Experience in a trading Buy and Sell environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel Pivot Tables, V-lookup, VBA) and Power BI.
• Experience using SAP will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in shipping Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forecast and order management for assigned affiliates, ensuring timely submissions, accurate SAP processing, and smooth resolution of EDI-related matters.
• Liaise closely with suppliers, affiliates, and freight forwarders to coordinate sales orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, shipment adjustments, and urgent order requirements.
• Monitor supply status and provide timely updates to affiliates and suppliers, ensuring shipments are planned and executed in accordance with Incoterms and monthly order timelines.
• Handle day-to-day operational, logistics, and order fulfilment matters, resolving routine issues promptly and escalating complex or critical risks to management as needed.
• Lead/support departmental improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Serve as a backup for designated team members and support business continuity within the Operations Team.
• Provide support and work closely with the Supply and Planning Team within the Procurement & Supply Department as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred or its equivalent.
• Between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain.
• Preferably with experience in a trading Buy and Sell environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.
• Proficient in MS Office Suites especially MS Excel on Pivot Tables, V-lookup, VBA and Power BI.
• Experience using SAP will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in shipping Incoterms and application
