Wine Portal Holding Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to coordinate international shipments and manage shipping documentation, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. The role collaborates with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support end-to-end logistics and compliance with regulations.

The position is a short-term engagement from 21 October 2026 to 12 November 2026 (3 weeks), with working hours 9am–6pm and a pay rate of SGD 20 per hour (lunch excluded).

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Experience in shipping, logistics or freight coordination preferred.
• Familiar with international shipping terms, customs regs and docs.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers on cargo readiness.
• Arrange shipments into Singapore and transfers to overseas bonded warehouses.
• Source sea and air freight quotations to optimise costs and operations.
• Follow up with suppliers and forwarders on shipment and document updates.
• Process shipping documents and monitor shipment movements.
• Update shipping schedules to ensure delivery accuracy.
• Update Sales and Procurement on shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse on incoming shipments.
• Prepare landed cost computations for incoming shipments.
• Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on damaged shipment claims.

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for coordinating international shipments, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of goods. This role works closely with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, internal sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to support smooth end-to-end supply chain operations while ensuring compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.

Duration: 21 October 2026 to 12 November (3 weeks)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (excluding one hour lunch)
Salary: $20 Per Hour (excluding lunch hour)

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers on cargo readiness

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
