GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to drive data-driven improvements in Singapore. The role focuses on resolving quality issues, leading performance reviews, and defining requirements for system enhancements.

You will work with global stakeholders to ensure timely, actionable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain, knowledge of air freight and freight costs, and a willingness to work one Saturday per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with logistics stakeholders and service providers to resolve quality issues, ensuring timely investigations, actionable corrective measures, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead monthly performance review calls with logistics service providers and global stakeholders, identifying performance gaps and driving service improvements.
• Collect and define operational requirements for system and process enhancements, partnering with Business Solutions to support implementation.
• Manage and analyze complex datasets, design reporting templates, and prepare data for quarterly reports; support or lead quarter-end review calls with global stakeholders.
• Drive project initiatives by leading group meetings, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with logistics stakeholders and service providers to resolve quality issues (e.g., shipment exceptions, damages, losses), ensuring timely investigations, actionable corrective measures, and stakeholder alignment based on trend analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly performance review calls with logistics service providers and global stakeholders, identifying performance gaps and driving improvements in service delivery.
• Collect and define operational requirements for system and process enhancements, working closely with the Business Solutions team to support implementation.
• Manage and analyze complex datasets, design templates for reporting, and prepare data for quarterly reports; support or lead quarter-end review calls with global stakeholders.
• Drive project initiatives by leading group meetings, facilitating stakeholder discussions, securing alignment on actions and timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.

Requirement:

• With more than 5 years working experience
• Knowledge in air freight operations and freight cost; available to work one Saturday per quarter.
• Interest in Data Management and Project Management
