Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an organised and analytical individual to support purchasing, inventory planning and logistics activities. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses and internal teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure the timely movement of goods.
You will also support demand forecasting, supply planning and improvements to existing supply-chain processes, helping reduce delays and improve accuracy across the end-to-end flow.

You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses and internal teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure the timely movement of goods. You will also support demand forecasting, supply planning and improvements to existing supply-chain processes.
Prepare and coordinate purchase orders, supplier confirmations and delivery schedules
Review supplier quotations and support sourcing and purchasing activities
Support product quality monitoring and coordinate the resolution of supplier-related issues
Monitor inventory levels and help maintain sufficient stock to meet operational requirements
Support demand forecasting and supply-planning activities
Review changes in product demand and recommend adjustments to purchasing and inventory plans
Prepare monthly inventory, demand forecasting and stock movement reports
Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics partners and warehouses
Resolve delivery delays, documentation discrepancies and other operational issues
Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, shipment and supplier records
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to supply-chain procedures
Within your first six months, you should be comfortable coordinating purchase orders, following up with suppliers and monitoring inbound shipments. You should also be able to prepare regular inventory and forecasting reports with decreasing supervision.
Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline
Analytical and resourceful when resolving operational issues
Able to communicate professionally with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders
Capable of managing multiple priorities and following through on outstanding matters
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Fresh graduates and applicants making a career transition are welcome. Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory planning, e-commerce or operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
