Qualifications

• Experience leading M&E site teams.

• Strong understanding of drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily M&E site activities, electrical systems and fire protection.
• Coordinate with main contractors and consultants to ensure seamless workflow.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specs.
• Manage and lead technicians, foremen, and workers, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Oversee project progress to meet milestones and conduct site inspections for quality control.
• Identify and resolve technical problems and site clashes promptly to minimize delays.
