Job summary

Meptech Engineering And Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee Mechanical & Electrical works on construction sites in Singapore. The role ensures compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements, while coordinating with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors for smooth M&E execution.

Job description

Supervise and coordinateMechanical& Electrical (M&E) workson construction sites, ensuringcompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor site progress and ensureM&Einstallations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, main contractors,subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.

Ensure all M&E works comply withBCAregulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements.

Conductregular site inspectionstomonitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved methodstatements.

Review and verifyshop drawings,material submissions, and method statementsbefore siteimplementation.

Assist in resolvingtechnical issues andcoordination conflictsbetween architectural, structural, and M&Eworks.

Monitor and ensure compliance withworkplacesafety and health (WSH) regulationson site.

Prepare and maintainsite reports,progress updates, and inspection records.

Supervisetesting and commissioningactivitiesfor M&E systems.

Ensure properinstallation, testing, andhandover of M&E services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing,fire protection, and ELV systems.
