Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at the ION and Funan locations. You will supervise staff, maintain high standards on the shop floor, and ensure customer service meets the brand's expectations.

You will drive sales, manage daily processes, and train new starters while upholding merchandising standards. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required for daily reporting and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership role.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial support and help maintain and improve customer service levels.
• Assist in supervising staff on the shop floor and uphold brand standards.
• Handle daily managerial processes as directed by Store Management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints with optimal outcomes.
• Ensure staff appearance aligns with company guidelines and observe service standards.
• Monitor staff service levels to maximise store sales and assist with staff induction and training.

Job Description:

• Provide managerial support and help maintain and improve the levels of customer service
• Provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor
• Deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management
• Provide customers with excellent levels of Customer service
• Deal with customer complaints and enquires, providing the best possible outcome
• Ensure the personal appearance of sales staff is in line with company guidelines
• Have an understanding of the Customer Service measuring programme Observation Checklist
• Ensure that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceededMonitor staff service levels in order to maximise store sales
• Utilise in store devices- Kiosk, making sure that the customer is offered the whole product range
• Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques
• Provide assistance with the maintenance of standards on the sales floor
• Keep stock clean and presentable at all times
• Encourage personal progression throughout your store
• Provide assistance with the induction and training of new starters
• Assist with the development of existing staff, ensuring that personnel complete the relevant assessments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership role

Compensation:

• Working locations: ION, Funan
• Working hours: 5 days per week / 3 shifts (08:30-18:15 /13:00-22:45 /11:15-21:00)
