Job summary

TLG Gourmet Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. You will lead front-of-house staff, uphold service standards, handle customer concerns, and document procedures while maintaining equipment and venue cleanliness.

Weekend and public holiday work is required, and you will report to management on shifts and staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar F&B leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
