Job summary

LE XIN CATERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations in a busy catering facility.

The role requires a Food Hygiene license and weekend/holiday availability, with emphasis on teamwork and clear communication. You will order materials, supervise kitchen staff, oversee food preparation and cooking, ensure quality and presentation of meals, and maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, prep areas, and storage.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene license is required or in progress.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Experience in a restaurant or central kitchen preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of standard food safety procedures encouraged.
