Job summary

LE XIN CATERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen team member to support daily operations and assist with food preparation and cooking.

You will help ensure meals meet quality and presentation standards and coordinate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow. Qualifying candidates have a valid Food Hygiene license, prior restaurant or central kitchen experience preferred, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant/central kitchen preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
• Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
• Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
• Ensure quality and presentation of every meal served to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen work area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer and pantry.
