Job summary

Pantler in Singapore seeks a cafe team member to support daily operations, deliver friendly service, and manage orders while coordinating with the kitchen for smooth operation.

Role includes handling personal and corporate orders, deliveries, barista duties, and maintaining store cleanliness. English communication is essential; Japanese ability is an advantage. Training front-of-house staff may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, especially bakery, pastry, and specialty coffee is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Japanese language ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
• Take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen.
• Communicate with guests and answer queries.
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks; barista experience is a plus.
• Handle sales transactions.
• Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, and advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
• Keep track of supplies for both front and back of house; liaise with all suppliers.
• Train and lead front-of-house team.
