Job summary

MEASURE PTE. LTD. operates a cafe in Singapore and seeks a flexible team player to support all cafe areas, manage daily operations, and deliver friendly service.

Experience in F&B and barista skills are a plus; Japanese language is an advantage for serving Japanese-speaking customers. Strong English communication and a positive attitude are essential.

The candidate will help open/close, train front-of-house staff, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, bakery, pastry or coffee is a plus.

• Japanese language ability is an advantage for orders and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
• Take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise on products, coordinate with kitchen.
• Communicate with guests and answer queries.
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks (barista experience a plus).
• Handle sales transactions.
• Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen for smooth operation.
• Keep track of supplies for front and back of house, liaising with suppliers.
• Train and lead front-of-house team.
