Job summary

MEASURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a cafe team member to support daily operations, provide friendly customer service, and assist in all areas of the cafe. The role involves preparing drinks, handling orders, and coordinating closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Applicants should be team players with good English communication, a responsible attitude, and a positive mindset. Prior experience in bakery, pastry or speciality coffee is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, especially bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus.
• Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.
• Good communication skills, spoken and written English.
• Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be able to carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
• Take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen for smooth operation.
• Communicate with guests and answer all queries.
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks (barista experience a plus).
• Handle sales transactions.
• Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen for smooth operation.
