Job summary

Pantler in Singapore is seeking a cafe team member to support all areas of the store. Your role includes daily operations, providing friendly service, and handling orders while coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

Applicants should have good English communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced cafe environment. Barista experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishments is a plus.
• Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.
• Good communication skills, spoken and written English.
• Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
• Take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen for smooth operation.
• Communicate with guests and answer queries.
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks (barista experience a plus).
• Handle sales transactions.
