Job summary

MEASURE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly cafe team member to support daily operations, from opening to close, and to deliver warm, efficient service.

You will handle customer orders, advise on products, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain store cleanliness while preparing hot and cold drinks. Candidates with F&B experience in bakery or specialty coffee are preferred, strong English communication, and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus.
• Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.
• Good communication skills, spoken and written English.
• Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be able to carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
• Be able to take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
• Communicate with guest and be able to answer all queries.
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks.
• Handle sales transactions.
• Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
• Keeping track of supplies for both front and back of house, liaising with all suppliers.
