Job summary

HOH WAH BUSINESS SERVICES in Singapore seeks a dedicated cafe supervisor to manage the coffee shop's day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service. You will oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, conducting inventory, maintaining stock levels, delivering Chinese-speaking customer service, resolving complaints, and being available on Sundays and public holidays.

• Manage workers’ schedules and labor deployment.
• Conduct physical inventory and ensure adequate stock of food supplies and essentials.
• Provide customer service, including entertaining Chinese-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Work on Sundays and public holidays as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the boss.
