• Manage all day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Manage workers’ schedules and labor deployment.
• Conduct physical inventory and ensure adequate stock of food supplies and essentials.
• Provide customer service, including entertaining Chinese-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Work on Sundays and public holidays as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the boss.
