Job summary

322 TRADING is seeking an operations lead for its Singapore store. You will supervise shop-front staff, prepare rosters, handle customer enquiries, purchase and replenish goods, monitor stock and wastage, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain outlet standards, oversee maintenance, and contribute to promotions and service quality to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
