• Ensure desserts and beverages are prepared and served according to quality standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Monitor inventory, arrange stock replenishment and minimise wastage.
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.
• Monitor daily sales, handle cash transactions and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure shop equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Train new employees on shop procedures and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations.
