Club Chinois Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service. You will motivate front-of-house staff, uphold service standards, handle customer concerns, manage cash and shift reports, and help maintain equipment and cleanliness.

This role requires weekend availability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and restaurant
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports
• Report daily operational or staffing issues to management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
