Job summary

KENNETH & CO GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Operations Leader to oversee daily food services activities, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction while managing inventory, staff, sales and safety compliance.

You will lead teams, monitor stock, optimize processes and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced retail food environment. Shift work, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in food services, retail operations, or food and beverage management.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate teams to meet operational goals.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and basic sales reporting.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills applied to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food services store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, storing, and monitoring food supplies and products to maintain stock accuracy
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate staff to ensure adequate manpower and effective task allocation
• Maintain consistent food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction through active monitoring and staff guidance
• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, and stock levels to support and improve business profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance customer experience
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies
